REWILD

REWILD is a wellness venture created by four service designers to help young adults disconnect from screens and reconnect with what truly matters nature, community, and themselves.

Designed as both a service and a viable business, it balances mindful rituals, grounding activities, and community events with a light-touch app that avoids digital overload.

Approach

The Challenge

Young adults (18–30) in the U.S. face rising stress from screen-heavy routines, lack of real-world interaction, and limited access to tailored wellness solutions. Existing fitness apps often increase digital dependency instead of reducing it.

Design Intention

REWILD set out to redefine wellness as a natural, human-centered practice. The goal was to create experiences that prioritize simplicity, mindfulness, and presence while ensuring the venture could scale as a sustainable business.

The Process

We conducted trend research, customer profile studies, and competitor benchmarking using frameworks like Blue Ocean Strategy. Through co-creation and iterative prototyping, we mapped out opportunity gaps, developed customer journeys, and built a model blending personal reflection, group activities, and community engagement.
