MACC

Mahomet Chamber of Commerce

In collaboration with the Mahomet Chamber of Commerce (MACC), with the SCAD team we designed a comprehensive document book with three major deliverables: refreshed brand guidelines, a website redesign and branding proposal, and an evergreen campaign structure. The project aimed to expand MACC’s visibility, strengthen community ties, and give local businesses sustainable tools for engagement

Approach

The Challenge

Following a restructure, MACC needed to refresh its identity and create a long-term strategy that could support 200+ businesses while engaging the wider community. They required practical, scalable solutions to help campaigns run year-round with limited resources.

Design Intention

Our team set out to co-create strategies while making MACC’s efforts more consistent, scalable, and engaging. The goal was to provide tools that local businesses and MACC staff could adopt.

The Process

We ran co-creation workshops with MACC leaders, businesses, and community members to gather insights and shape solutions. The final book delivered brand guidelines, a website redesign, and an evergreen campaign structure. In the campaign group, I supported by facilitating workshops, structuring the campaign framework, and designing rotating evergreen content to ensure long-term impact.
